These Terms of Service apply to purchases made from THRANE ASTRA. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About THRANE ASTRA

THRANE ASTRA provides personalized astrology-inspired digital readings created using the birth information provided by the customer.

Our products are created for entertainment and personal reflection purposes.

2. Your Personal 2027

When purchasing Your Personal 2027, you are purchasing a personalized digital report created specifically for you.

The report may include interpretations relating to themes such as relationships, career, money, wellbeing, opportunities, personal development, astrological movements and periods throughout 2027.

The report is delivered digitally as a PDF. No physical product will be shipped.

3. Information you provide

To create your personalized reading, we ask you to provide:

• Your name
• Email address
• Date of birth
• Time of birth, if known
• Place of birth

You are responsible for providing accurate information.

The accuracy and level of detail of the reading may be affected if incorrect or incomplete birth information is provided.

If you do not know your exact time of birth, you may still place an order. However, certain parts of the astrological interpretation may be less precise or may not be available.

4. Creating your personalized reading

Each THRANE ASTRA reading is individually prepared using the information provided with your order.

Because the report is personalized, production may begin shortly after your order has been confirmed.

5. Delivery

Your completed personalized report will normally be delivered to the email address provided with your order within 2–3 business days after your order has been confirmed.

If circumstances outside our reasonable control cause a delay, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

You are responsible for ensuring that the email address you provide is correct.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the online store before you complete your purchase.

Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout.

Your order is considered confirmed when payment has been successfully completed and you receive an order confirmation.

7. Cancellations and right of withdrawal

Because Your Personal 2027 is individually created digital content, special rules may apply to cancellation and the statutory right of withdrawal.

Where required by applicable consumer law, we will ask for your express consent before beginning delivery or production in circumstances where starting the service or delivery may affect your statutory right of withdrawal.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

8. Corrections

Please check the birth information you provide carefully before submitting your order.

If you discover that you have provided incorrect birth information, contact us as soon as possible.

If production has not yet started, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the information before creating your report.

If your report has already been created using information that you provided incorrectly, a new report may require a new order.

If an error in your report was caused by THRANE ASTRA, please contact us so that we can review and correct it where appropriate.

9. Nature of the content

THRANE ASTRA readings are provided for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only.

Astrology is interpretive in nature. The content of your reading does not guarantee that any particular event, outcome or prediction will occur.

Your reading should not be considered a substitute for professional advice.

THRANE ASTRA does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment or other regulated professional advice through its personalized readings.

You remain responsible for your own choices, decisions and actions.

10. Intellectual property and personal use

Your personalized report is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

The design, written content, branding and other materials created by THRANE ASTRA remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may save and print your personal report for your own use.

You may not reproduce, resell, commercially distribute or use THRANE ASTRA content or designs to create competing products without permission.

11. Problems with your order

If you have not received your report within the stated delivery period, or believe there is an error or other problem with your order, please contact us.

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve the issue.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights you are entitled to under mandatory consumer protection law.

12. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Birth details used to create your personalized reading are deleted within 10 days after your completed report has been delivered, as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our services, business practices or legal requirements.

The terms that apply to your purchase are those applicable when your order is placed, subject to mandatory applicable law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable Norwegian law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to customers in other jurisdictions.
